Afrah Group began its operations with a single, small production unit.
The initial setup consisted of only 90 machines.

Team Stability: Over the next 25+ years, the core production and management team remains largely intact, achieving a synergy that distinguishes the organization within the Readymade Garments (RMG) sector.
Expertise Development: Key department heads and personnel gain over 20 years of experience in specialized garment manufacturing.
Capacity Expansion: The group begins expanding from its original unit into multiple specialized sister concerns.
Strategic Clustering: The group establishes 5 individual complexes located within 100 to 200 meters of each other near the Dhaka-Chittagong trunk road to ensure seamless logistics.

Afrah Fashion Limited: Established as the flagship unit with 60,300 sq. ft. of floor space.
Afrah Dresses Limited: Operating in a 39,000 sq. ft. facility.
Season Creations Limited, Texoline Apparels Limited, and Five Star Fashion Limited.
Current Infrastructure: The group now operates 6 factories with approximately 3,000 machines in total.
Workforce: Total employment has grown to 4,100 employees across all units.
Global Reach: Afrah Group now serves major international brands such as Walmart, FILA, Gemo, Giant Tiger, and Academy.
Advanced Certification: The flagship unit, Afrah Fashion Ltd., is now fully certified by BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO, OCS, and Walmart.
